Welcome

St Mary’s Church, Wendover – everyone is welcome.

We are an inclusive Church. Our aim is to be a community of faith that follow the example of Jesus in showing acceptance and value of all. We seek to serve and welcome all who come to share this journey of finding the love and grace of God. Services

How do I choose which service is for me?

CongregationYou are welcome to all of our services.

10.30am. The Communion Service is relaxed in style, incorporating more modern music and an informal atmosphere. There is provision for families at this as Junior Church runs alongside. An All Age or children’s service is held once a month (normally on the fourth Sunday of the month).

Evenings. Occasionally we hold evening services at St Mary’s. These vary in style. Please check the calendar for details. At St Michaels, Halton, there is an evening service every Sunday at 6pm. On the first Sunday in the month this is Book of Common Prayer (BCP) Holy Communion in traditional language with hymns. On other Sundays the service is sung Evensong, also following the BCP.
